🔹 1. Operations Executive
Location: Kemp’s Corner / Malabar Hill
Salary: ₹40, 000 per month
Role Overview:
Supervision of security operations at assigned sites
Coordination with clients and security personnel
Preparing reports, duty rosters, and ensuring SOP compliance
Conducting regular site audits and ensuring service quality
Requirements:
Prior experience in security/facility operations preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle multiple sites and teams
🔹 2. Security Officer
Location: Kemp’s Corner / Malabar Hill
Salary: ₹32, 000 per month
Role Overview:
Supervising guards and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Maintaining discipline, attendance, and incident records
Coordinating with the operations team and clients
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory security experience
Good communication and observation skills
Well-groomed, alert, and physically fit
🔹 3. Security Guards
Location: Kemp’s Corner / Malabar Hill
Salary: ₹20, 000 per month
Role Overview:
Access control, patrolling, and visitor management
Maintaining security of premises and assisting residents/clients
Following SOPs and reporting incidents timely
Requirements:
Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
Must be disciplined, well-behaved, and physically fit
